因受颱風泰利影響並基於安全理由,麗星郵輪寶瓶星號原訂9月13日(週三)由基隆出發之三天兩夜石垣島假期將更改為9月12日(週二)出發之五天四夜香港假期。

針對此次航程變更,麗星郵輪提供下列方案供受影響旅客選擇:

 

□  如期出發 — 搭乘9月12日(週二)出發之五天四夜香港假期

l   每位旅客無須加收額外艙房費用。

l   退還已付費之石垣島岸上觀光費用。

l   選擇此一方案旅客,請於9月12日(週二)上午10:00前告知原報名付費之單位,逾期恕不受理。

 

□   延期出發(如已選擇照常出發之旅客不可再選擇此項)

l   受影響之旅客可以改乘2017年10月27日前麗星郵輪旗下任何郵輪之3天2夜航次(不適用旺季航次),請於本函發出日期30天內聯絡原報名單位,使用原報名優惠方案、住宿相同等級艙房(需視當時訂房狀況而定)重新預訂行程。

l    如新預訂航次之港務費比原報名航次高,旅客必須補回港務費差價。

l    受影響旅客參加新航次時將獲得每間艙房每晚新台幣500元餐飲零用金。

l    如重新預訂航次之旅客名稱有變,本公司將收取行政手續費。

l    雲尊會會員請致電客戶服務熱線查詢並作出延期出發安排。*

 

□  取消行程(如已選擇照常出發或延期出發之旅客不可再選擇此項)

l   旅客可選擇取消航程,並可將已支付的艙房費、港務費、旺季附加費和岸上觀光費用(如適用)在內的全部費用轉換為信用額度。在此航次取消日起6個月內,旅客可使用此信用額度購買麗星郵輪旗下任何郵輪航線。請於本函發之日起30天內聯絡原報名單位辦理。

l   如新預訂航次之艙房費比原報名航次高,旅客必須補回艙房費差價。

l   受影響旅客參加新航次時將獲得每間艙房每晚新台幣500元餐飲零用金。

l   如重新預訂航次之旅客名稱有變,本公司將收取行政手續費。

l   以積分或參加優惠計畫換房之受影響會員可獲退回積分/貨幣。

Dear Guests,

Due to typhoon Talim, SuperStar Aquarius’ 3D2N Ishigaki cruise departing on 13 September 2017 (Wednesday) will be revised to a 5D4N cruise to Hong Kong departing on 12 September 2017 (Tuesday) for safety reasons.

Taking into account of this change, Star Cruises will offer the following options for all affected passengers:

o   Continue Cruise on 12 Sep for a 5D4N Hong Kong cruise

·         No additional cabin fare will be charged for the extended cruise.

·         Refund of paid Ishigaki shore excursion.

·         Please contact your original travel office or agency by 12 September 2017 10:00am for booking of the revised itinerary.

 

o   Delay Cruise (not available if Option 1 - continue cruise is chosen)

·         Affected passengers can transfer to another Star Cruises’ 3D2N itinerary departing until 27 October 2017 (not applicable to peak season sailing). Please contact your original travel office or agency within 30 days of this Notice for available options. Booking conditions, cabin category, type of booking remain the same as the original cruise package (Subject to cabin availability).

·         If the new cruise’s port charges are higher than the original, the passenger will be required to top up the price difference.

·         Affected passengers will be entitled to an dining credit of NTD500 per night per cabin.

·         Administrative fee shall apply for any change(s) to passenger name.

·         For Genting Rewards members, please contact customer service through the membership hotlines below for assistance*

 

o   Cancellation (Not available if Option 1 – Continue Cruise or Option 2 - Delay Cruise above is already chosen).

·         Alternatively, affected passengers may choose to cancel their booking and receive a credit letter for the full amount of their cruise (Paid Cabin Fare + Paid Port Charges + Paid Holiday Surcharge + paid shore excursion fee, as applicable) to be redeemed on any Star Cruises itinerary within 6 months of the cancellation. You may contact your original travel office or agency within 30 days of this Notice for the arrangements.

·         If the new cruise fare is higher than the credit letter, the passenger will be required to top up the price difference.

·         Affected passengers will be entitled to a dining credit of NTD500 per night per cabin.

·         Administrative fee shall apply for any change(s) to passenger name or departure.

·         For affected Genting Rewards members who are sailing using Genting Points or cabin promotion, please contact our customer service hotline for the refund arrangement of Genting Points/Cruise Credit(s)*.
