2017.12.13 【重要通知】麗星郵輪寶瓶星號2018年1月5日至1月26日之航程取消

各位親愛的旅客:

 

因航程調整,麗星郵輪「寶瓶星號」將於2018年1月5日到2018年1月26日進行航次變動,原訂航程將會取消。

 

針對此次航程變更,麗星郵輪提供下列方案供受影響旅客選擇:

□  更改出發日期

l 受影響之旅客可以改乘2018年6月30日前出發之麗星郵輪「寶瓶星號」之原天數航程(不適用旺季航次),使用原報名優惠方案、住宿相同等級艙房(需視當時訂房狀況而定)重新預訂行程。

l 請於2017年12月31日前聯絡原報名單位預訂新航次。

l 如新預訂航次之港務費比原報名航次高,旅客必須補回港務費差價。

l 受影響旅客參加新航次時將獲得每間艙房每晚新台幣500元船上消費零用金。

l 雲尊會會員請致電客戶服務熱線查詢並作出延期出發安排。*

 

□  取消行程(如已選擇更改出發日期之旅客不可再選擇此項)

●旅客可選擇取消航程,並可將已支付的艙房費、港務費、旺季附加費和岸上觀光費用(如適用)在內的全部費用轉換為信用額度。在此航次取消日起6個月內,旅客可使用此信用額度購買麗星郵輪旗下任何郵輪航線。請於本函發之日起30天內聯絡原報名單位辦理。

●如新預訂航次之艙房費比原報名航次高,旅客必須補回艙房費差價。

●受影響旅客參加新航次時將獲得每間艙房每晚新台幣500元餐飲零用金。

●如重新預訂航次之旅客名稱有變,本公司將收取行政手續費。

●以積分或參加優惠計畫換房之受影響會員可獲退回積分/貨幣。

Dear Guests,

 

Please be informed that SuperStar Aquarius’ cruises originally scheduled to depart between 5th Jan 2018 and 26th Jan 2018 have been cancelled due to a change in operations.

 

Star Cruises strives to ensure the best cruise experience for our guests and would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this cancellation. 

 

Star Cruises will offer the following options for all affected passengers:

 

o   Delay Cruise

·       Affected passengers can transfer to another SuperStar Aquarius itinerary of the same duration departing before 30 June 2018 (excluding peak season cruises). Booking conditions, cabin category, type of booking remain the same as the original cruise (subject to cabin availability).

·       Affected passengers will be entitled to an on board credit of NTD500 per night per cabin.

·       If the new cruise fare is higher than the original, the passenger will be required to top up the price difference.

·       Administrative fee shall apply for any change(s) to passenger name or departure

·       Please contact your original travel office or agency by 31 December 2017 for available options.

·       For Genting Rewards members, please contact customer service through the membership hotlines below for assistance*

 

o   Cancellation (Not available if Option 1 - Delay Cruise above is already chosen).

·       Alternatively, affected passengers may choose to cancel their booking and receive a credit letter for the full amount of their cruise (Paid Cabin Fare + Paid Port Charges + Paid Holiday Surcharge + paid shore excursion fee, as applicable) to be redeemed on any Star Cruises itinerary within 6 months of the cancellation. You may contact your original travel office or agency within 30 days of this Notice for the arrangements.

·       Affected passengers will be entitled to a dining credit of NTD500 per night per cabin.

·       If the new cruise fare is higher than the credit letter, the passenger will be required to top up the price difference.

·       Administrative fee shall apply for any change(s) to passenger name or departure.

·       For affected Genting Rewards members who are sailing using Genting Points or cabin promotion, please contact our customer service hotline for the refund arrangement of Genting Points/Cruise Credit(s)*.
